The content on gears.agency is provided for general information about GEARS Agency, our services, work and capabilities. You may browse and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce substantial parts of the site, its design, copy, code or project material without permission.
Proposals and project scope
Project scope, deliverables, timing, fees, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are defined in the proposal, statement of work or agreement issued for the engagement. If there is a conflict between this website and a signed project agreement, the signed agreement takes priority.
Fees and payment
Payment schedules, deposits, invoicing terms, taxes and any recurring or third-party costs are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Work may be paused when an invoice is materially overdue, subject to the terms agreed for the project.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, source files, code, third-party assets, fonts, software and pre-existing GEARS materials are defined in the project agreement. Rights in third-party tools remain with their respective owners.
Third-party services
Projects may use third-party platforms, APIs, hosting, analytics, payment providers, plugins or other services. Their availability, terms, pricing and operation are controlled by those providers and can change independently of GEARS.
Liability and availability
