01 / SCRIPTS
Automate the boring parts.
Migrations, imports, audits, image processing, deployment helpers, diagnostics and one-off tools built around a real operational problem.
0x1102 / OPTIMISE
Measure first. Then cut.
We profile rendering, queries, APIs, assets and infrastructure. Less payload and fewer moving parts often beat another dependency.
0x1203 / TOOLBOX
Use the right tool, not the fashionable one.
We move between design software, terminals, databases, browser devtools, server logs, profiling tools and small custom utilities.
0x1304 / AUTOMATE
If it repeats, it deserves a question.
Some processes should stay human. Others are better as scripts, webhooks, queues or tiny internal tools that remove repetitive work.
0x1405 / OBSERVE
Logs are part of the interface.
Monitoring, traces and useful diagnostics help us understand systems after launch instead of treating production as a black box.
0x1506 / EXPERIMENT
Creative code belongs in production too.
Motion, procedural graphics, unusual interactions and technical prototypes are tested here before they become client-facing patterns.

GEARS / TOOLBOX
Tools are temporary. Curiosity is infrastructure.
We like scripts, profiling, optimisation and small tools because they expose how a system actually behaves. The stack changes; the habit of measuring and understanding does not.
If you enjoy scripts, optimisation, weird prototypes, useful automation and making systems less wasteful, say hello. A perfect CV is optional. Curiosity is not.
